Airs: Sunday 11:30 PM Cartoon Network
From actor/producer Seth Green (known for his roles in The Italian Job and the Austin Powers feature films, TV's Buffy the Vampire Slayer and as the voice of Chris in Family Guy) comes a new Adult Swim series. The series will utilize stop-motion animation to deliver a satirical look at popular culture. Green will provide voices for the series, which has been greenlit for 20 episodes. "It's very funny," said Mike Lazzo, Cartoon Network's senior vice president responsible for Adult Swim.

The Simpsons
Airs: Sunday 8:00 PM on Fox
Premiered December 17, 1989
The FOX network's most successful series to date was a spin-off from The Tracey Ullman Show. Originally appearing on that series as a 1 minute filler, the executive producers of that series, James L. Brooks & Sam Simon decided that these characters could support a half hour series. So they did it and started the longest running animated series in primetime network television.

Part of this family's broad appeal has allowed them to make endorsements, such as the numerous commercials they've appeared in for Butterfinger candy bars.

Along with his specially trained pet eagle, Avenger, he fought crime as many others before him, and many others following him, did. Eventually, Birdman fell on hard times, and the hero route went by the wayside. He soon shot a pilot for a talk show (which eventually became "Space Ghost: Coast To Coast"), but it too failed to go anywhere for him as he was (obviously) replaced by Space Ghost.

Finally, at some point, Harvey Birdman was inspired to become a lawyer. Now, as an attorney, he represents his fellow former Hanna-Barbera cartoon stars, in a variety of strange cases. With opposing council made up of his former villains, the Judge a prehistoric superhero named Mightor (of the 1967 series "Moby Dick & the Mighty Mightor"), and his pet/partner Avenger working as his personal secretary, Harvey tackles the cases only a guy in a business suit with a mask & large wings can!
