On this page you can find some of my favorite podcasts, the format (audio or video), the average length, and a short description.

Podcasting is a method of publishing audio content to the Web, allowing users to subscribe to a feed that will let them know when new content becomes available. Podcasts are radio shows or other audio/video programs that are often episodic and are downloadable over the Internet. From news and information to music and commentary, thousands of new podcasts are available everyday, from around the world, on every subject you can imagine.

There are a few different ways to get Podcasts:

1. You can download an aggregator tool such as Juice or iTunes that will automatically check sites for new content and download them whenever a new Podcast becomes available.

2. You can go to the specific Podcast website and listen to them straight from the source.

3. You can go to sites like Yahoo! Podcasts, Odeo, or PodcastPickle.com and subscribe to whatever Podcast you like and listen to them all at one location without downloading a thing.

Average Length: 60 minutes

"Never Not Funny" is a party conversation with one of the funniest men on the planet: comedian and TV personality Jimmy Pardo ("The Tonight Show," "That '70s Show," "The Surreal Life").  Every week, he sits down with comic Mike Schmidt, producer Matt Belknap and the occasional guest to shoot the breeze, share stories and laugh at life. The free-flowing discussion can lead anywhere, but whether Jimmy's talking about growing up in the '70s and '80s, his unbridled love of classic rock or facing the trials of modern life, it's bound to strike a chord with listeners of all ages, and it's guaranteed to make you laugh.

Revision3

Revision3 is the first media company that gets it, born from the Internet, on-demand generation. Unlike aggregators, mash-ups, clients and web sites, Revision3 is an actual TV network for the web, creating, producing its own original entertainment and content.

The content is designed for a new audience. This audience, like television, expects dependability and quality, but unlike television, wants a more gritty, edgy, highly-targeted and in-depth form of entertainment. With the proliferation of mobile video, iPods, Tivo and other Internet-connected set-top-boxes, video that is both on-demand and tailored to suit will be Revision3's specialty. Revision3 delivers technology, comedy, music, cooking, and more, all with the familiar faces you all know with years of experience.

Finally, Revision3's philosophy on content is neutral to how it is distributed. We will work with almost any distribution platform; iTunes, Odeo, Bittorrent, Palm, you name it...and using every video encoding format available, including flash, making our content accessible to the greatest possible audience.
